Elizabeth starting taking Alipotec in August of 2022. The picture on the left is her at her heaviest at 220lbs. She was almost going to give up until she decided to take pictures and noticed she had lost a ton of fat! The picture on the right is her in December 2022.
This is why I am always telling you all to take pictures and not focus on the scale because it can tell us so much more than what the scale does when it comes to fat loss!
I'm so glad she stuck to it because her results are amazing :)
